Melon & Prosciutto Cream Cheese Toast
Ingredients you will need
- French baguette bread
- Cream Cheese, Softened
- Prosciutto Slices, cut thinly
- Cantaloupe Slices, cut thinly
- Salt and Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Cut French baguette bread into diagonal slices
- Toast bread slices
- Spread Cream cheese over bread (about 1 tbsp per toast, you can always add more if you prefer)
- Top with Prosciutto and Cantaloupe Slices ( about 2 slices of each)
- Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste ( Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, be careful adding salt)
