Melon & Prosciutto Cream Cheese Toast  

Ingredients you will need

  • French baguette bread
  • Cream Cheese, Softened
  • Prosciutto Slices, cut thinly
  • Cantaloupe Slices, cut thinly
  • Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut French baguette bread into diagonal slices
  2. Toast bread slices
  3. Spread Cream cheese over bread (about 1 tbsp per toast, you can always add more if you prefer)
  4. Top with Prosciutto and Cantaloupe Slices ( about 2 slices of each)
  5. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste ( Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham, be careful adding salt)
