Ingredients you will need
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Extra coarse salt to taste (you can also use Sea salt)
- 1 or 2 tablespoon of Fresh finely chopped chipotle peppers or La Contesa chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (You can add more or less, depending how spicy you may like it)

1. In a blender, place the egg yolk, lemon juice, garlic and half of the olive oil until it’s thick. Then with the blender on a low speed, gradually add the rest of the oil.
